We deeply value each client and their time. To provide the best service for everyone, we have implemented a cancelation policy. Cancellations less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Day of cancellations & no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. We understand emergencies happen, and are happy to make exceptions when needed. Please reach out if you are unable to make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
